Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU) or तिलका मांझी भागलपुर विश्वविद्यालय is a Public University lies in the sole of every students, especially known for it's affordability so financially weak students can persu their dream corses. Tilka Majhi Bhagalpur University commonly know as TMBU, located at the heart of Bhagalpur in Bihar. Formerly it was called Bhagalpur University but it's name was officially replaced with Tilka Majhi Bhagalpur University in 1991 in honour of great freedom fighter "Tilka Manjhi".
