Children Aadhaar Card : How to Enroll for Baal Aadhaar Card/Blue Aadhaar Card for children below 5 year's old - In Bulletin

In India childrens below 5 year's old are also eligible for enrollment of Aadhaar Card. Instead of general Aadhaar Card(for adults),children below 5 year gets different & in unique colour card. What is the age limit for blue/baal Aadhaar Card?

There is no such age limit,even a new born baby is elegible for enrollment of Blue/Baal Aadhaar Card.

Details & Documents required for enrollment of Blue/Baal Aadhaar Card ?

• Children birth Certificate or Discharge certificate provide by hospital.
• Aadhaar Card of one of the parents.
• Mandatory Demographics details - Name, Date of birth, Gender,Adress.
• Optional Demographic details - mobile number & Email id.
• Details of Mother or Father.
• Note: Every document provide should be in Original Copies.

Is there any fee for enrollment of Blue/Baal Aadhaar Card ?

No,there is no such fee for applying Blue/Baal Aadhaar Card,but there could be  minimal amount of Rs. 30 for printout of acknowledgement receipt.

How to enroll for Blue/Baal Aadhaar Card in 2024 ?

Enrollment of Children Aadhaar card can be done through direct visit to nearest  enrollment centre offline with legal parents/guardians.

Enrollment of Blue/Baal Aadhaar Card through offline mode :

• Visit your nearest Aadhaar Enrolment Center.
• Fill the form and provide all documents asked.
• One of the parents has to provide Aadhaar Card.
• The official will proceed by taking live photographs.
• Then submit copy of birth certificate or hospital discharge certificate.
• You will receive an acknowledgement slip consisting the enrolment number. 

How to track the status of enrolled Aadhaar Card:

1. Visit UIDAI's Check Aadhaar Status.
2. Enter Enrollment no. written in acknowledgement receipt in this format (1234/12345/12345) then (yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss) together makes EID.
3. Fill enrollment date, time & captcha.
4. After click "Submit" and status will be displayed.
