Indian pacer & fast-bowler Mohammed Siraj officially took on the role of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in Telangana on Friday, October 11, 2024. Revanth Reddy directed state officials to award Siraj a government job and allot a plot of land as a gesture of appreciation for his role in India’s World Cup victory. Siraj, along with boxer Nikhat Zareen, a two-time world champion, was awarded a prestigious Group-1 post.
